Returns and Exchange

Policies and procedures concerning return and exchange, shortage and damage claims.

 


Your satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, simply follow the procedure below for an exchange or a refund.  


Return and Exchange Procedure


• In order to return product(s), a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Physabek To obtain a RMA number, call us at 1-877-497-2235 during normal hours of operation (Mon.- Fri. 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EST) or email us at service@physabek.com
• Write the number on the outside of your return shipment and send the package to Physabek Inc, 9125 Pascal-Gagnon, suite 107, St-Leonard, Québec, Canada, H1P 1Z4.
• Make sure that items are properly packaged in order to avoid breakage during transport.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving RMA number.
• See Return and Exchange Policy below for more details.


Return and Exchange Policies


• All returns must have an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization number). All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice
• If products are shipped due to an error made by Physabek, return shipping will be at Physabek’s expense and no restocking fee will be applied.
•For all other returns, we will credit the original buyer’s account for returned merchandise, minus a 20% restocking fee once merchandise has been received, inspected and confirmed to be in resellable condition. Credits will not be issued for items received in non- resellable condition.
• The customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item during its shipping back to Physabek and for shipping costs.
• Special order items, including drop-ship items, are non-refundable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• For health and safety reasons, all sterile products and products that come in contact with the human body or have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shortage/Damage Claims


• We take great care in filling, checking, picking, and packing your order. If an order has not been packed in full and is missing items (shortages), contact us within 5 business days of receipt of order.
• Shortages claimed after 5 business days, will not be accepted.
• On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If a shipment is damaged, please note the damage on the Delivery Receipt or Bill of Lading and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage. Contact us for assistance with a claim.
